With 48 years in the real estate business, Stanley’s experience speaks for itself. His extensive local knowledge, his work ethic, and dedication to his trade have allowed Stanley to uphold his longstanding position as a preeminent broker in the Spartanburg real estate community. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to understand the needs of clients and recognize that each client deserves nothing but the very best.
Stanley founded Pack and Company in 1989 and as Broker-In-Charge, he has built a brand based on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He specializes in residential and commercial appraisals, as well as listing and selling properties. In addition to residential homes, he has many years of experience in rural land sales and is well versed in various areas, such as Lake Bowen, Inman, Spartanburg, etc. He is a State Certified General Appraiser, a licensed Broker, and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
Stanley and his wife, Kaye, are very involved with First Presbyterian Church and focus much of their time supporting their local community. Whether it's hunting & fishing, boating at the lake, or just taking a long walk, Stanley has always had a passion for the outdoors. But more than anything, he enjoys spending most of his time with his family.
BRYAN A. PACK

After growing up in Spartanburg, Bryan followed a family tradition by entering the world of real estate in 2003. He set out for the coast and began his career in Charleston, where he spent 8 years as a top producing agent with one of Charleston’s premier residential firms. Bryan’s passion for working with people, his integrity, and discriminating eye for value have proven a success and contributed to him being a consistent recipient of the Realtor of Distinction Award.
After 8 years in Charleston, Bryan returned to his roots to apply his knowledge and experience to his beloved Spartanburg community. He joined his father’s company with a vision of building on the firm’s foundation as a community leader. Bryan is well versed in all areas of Spartanburg and he knows how to specialize his services with a unique, personable approach. He understands that each individual that walks into his office is different and he has excelled in today’s market because of his ability to tailor his services to particular needs.
Bryan is an Eagle Scout, a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate, a graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a licensed Broker. He currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Spartanburg Association of Realtors, Development Committee for the Chapman Cultural Center, and several Boards of local organizations. He and his wife Emily have three daughters, and together they share a love of travel, the outdoors, and spending time with family & friends. Bryan’s family is dedicated to preserving what makes Spartanburg special; its rich history, rural surroundings and diverse community. They spend much of their time supporting local non-profits and organizations to ensure that Spartanburg will be as special for the next generation as it is for theirs.

After growing up in Spartanburg, Graham graduated the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Administration. Soon after, he joined Pack and Company in 2007. Graham learned much about the appraisal field at an early age through his father, Gil, and it didn't take him long to realize what he wanted to do in his career. While in college, he took appraisal courses on the side and focused on his long term plan. Graham is now licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, performing all types of appraisals and specializing in commercial, industrial, and land appraisals. Most recently Graham became a licensed Realtor and has enjoyed helping buyers and sellers navigate the current market with his unique insight and background.
Graham finds motivation and satisfaction in his work because of the opportunity to meet new people every day and explore different types of properties throughout Spartanburg, Greenville, and the surrounding counties. He enjoys that fact that each day presents a fresh start and a new challenge. His enthusiastic nature and strong work ethic epitomize the quality of his work which he has become well known for in the real estate community.
Graham, his wife Jamie, thier daughter Emma, and son Henry live on the Eastside of Spartanburg. Together they enjoy being with family and friends, traveling, and spending time outdoors. They are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church and Graham serves on the Enrichment Council for Glenn Springs Academy.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Ken spent time in the Navy and then served for 26 years as a Senior Director for one the Southeast’s largest corporations, Spartan Food Systems. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of the local market and strong management background, Ken has established himself as one of the leaders in the Spartanburg real estate community.
Ken is in his 14th year with Pack and Company and focuses his talents on residential appraisals. His work takes him to all areas of Spartanburg County and he enjoys applying his knowledge and experience to helping clients every single day. While focusing on appraisals, he also sells residential properties and has experience in managing rental properties as well.
A native of Spartanburg, Ken currently resides in Boiling Springs. He enjoys the outdoor sports, shooting sports, and has a love for football season in the Fall.
Charna is a state licensed real estate appraiser with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in appraising residential properties throughout Spartanburg, Greeville, and Cherokee Counties. Charna has vast experience working on all types of residential properties with a focus on single family residences, condominiums, and townhouses.
Before Joey started his Real Estate career, he graduated from the South Carolina Highway Patrol Academy in Columbia, SC in 1984. During that time as a Highway Patrol Trooper, Joey gained knowledge of state laws while working closely with magistrates, attorneys, and courthouse officials. Joey gained a new respect for the citizens of Spartanburg County. This led to a growing desire to help others and apply his passion to the business world. Since then, Joey has served as Vice President of a finance company for over 20 years. He has managed 39 offices with daily operations including training, writing policy, computer programing, and public relations. His ability to multi-task and manage people will help provide outstanding service for his real estate clients. Joey's goal is to provide you with a great experience when buying or selling your home. He brings professionalism, exceptional service, and knowledge of the upstate to each of his clients.
Joey grew up in Spartanburg County and currently lives with his wife, Ginger, on Lake Bowen. They are active members of New Spring Church in Spartanburg, SC. His wife Ginger is a Speech-Language Therapist at Shoally Creek Elementary School, in District 2. Most evenings Joey and Ginger enjoy the local restaurants and taking long rides on their pontoon boat with their dog Phebee.
Charlie is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg. He attended Dorman High School and graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics & Finance. With deep family roots in Spartanburg and an extensive knowledge of the Upstate, he found real estate to be the perfect career choice. Charlie is a licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and specializes in appraising properties across the upstate with a focus on Spartanburg, Greenville, Cherokee, and Union counties. In addition to continued appraising, his goal is to become a licensed Realtor. He looks forward to a bright future with Pack & Company. Charlie’s passion for Spartanburg developed at a young age and he is excited to be part of its continued growth. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality work for his clients and embraces the challenge of each appraisal with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. In addition to work, Charlie enjoys spending time with family and friends, usually at one of the many wonderful amenities Spartanburg has to offer. He is also a frequent volunteer at the Spartanburg Little Theatre and a member of Mt. Calvary Presbyterian Church.
As a Spartanburg native, Derek graduated the University of South Carolina in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. Soon after, he followed his family’s footsteps by entering the insurance business. Derek is co-owner of Gurganus Insurance Agency Inc., and Gurganus Health Insurance Agency. He has 20 years of experience in home, auto, life and tailored medical insurance needs as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Agent. Derek’s passion of working with people and commitment to excellence in customer service inspired him to start a successful career in Real Estate. He loves our community and is dedicated to helping others find their perfect house and make Spartanburg their home.
Derek is a member if the Spartanburg Association of Realtors and NAPA (National Association of Professional Agents). His wife Krystal, their son Landon, and daughter Lydia Grace live on the eastside of Spartanburg. Together they enjoy time together, being outdoors, and serving organizations that provide assistance and support to individuals with Special Needs & Disability Groups.

After growing up in Spartanburg, Angela graduated from the University of South Carolina-Upstate with a Degree in Business Administration. She gained 7 years of valuable experience as an Administrative Assistant before joining Pack and Company in 2007. Angela currently assists with all appraisals, manages the day to day office activities, and implements all aspects of client services for Pack and Company. As marketing coordinator, she is also responsible for developing and supervising strategic marketing plans for the company and manages web content. She, her husband, and two daughters live in Duncan, SC.
